The Album goes back to Chris Barnes' roots in Cannibal Corpse with a more brutal violent track listing, with the album name signifying this further. It was the first Six Feet Under Album to feature Steve Swanson as the Guitarist. Trivia "Torture Killer" inspired the band Torture Killer.
