110 Volts started as a Kansas City four piece pop-punk band in early 1995, playing shows mainly at any Clubhouse or VFW hall they could rent out. Early shows drew huge crowds and soon they were playing all ages shows all across town. Their coming out party was the Second Annual Dee Dee's Kids Benefit Show, a show pitting the best bands from Missouri against the best bands from Kansas in order to raise money for the legendary zine Dee Dee's Kids.
