1).Black Ash was part of the early 1990's rave scene. The music had a huge underground following.


2).Black Ash is a German Reggae band from the Ruhrgebiet area.

Since their beginnings in 1999, the band line-up has seen a lot of changes, but the general tone and style of their music has remained consistent. Their main influences are the classic Jamaican artists, along the lines of Sly & Robbie or Peter Tosh. The band name derives from the Sly and the Revolutionaries' album "Black Ash". [read more...]
