Artist Info: Blue Basement

Blue Basement, founded in 2005, is a quartet from the young rock culture in Oslo, the capital city of Norway. Defining the band’s genre is hard, melodic jazz/progressiv indierock being the closest. Basing the sound on guitars, Blue Basement is definitely a rock band with harse guitar sound and raw bass. The drummer being a metal head adds even more power to the sound, but the indie-ish riffs and melodies makes the sound of Blue Basement unique and available for a bigger audience. [read more...]
