Artist Info: Broken Sleep

Broken Sleep is the dark, abstract dronescape project of Colin Hendry formed in 2004.

As Clone, he was a founding member of the now-defunct Mediacore collective, which organized low-brow experimental and hardcore electronic music events in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

His "glitchcomassault" is now more laptop than effect pedal based, but can still include lo-fi sounds such as those from (micro)cassette machine noise and field recordings [read more...]
