Artist Info: Fundamentalz

Fundamentalz was officially formed in 2002 between MC’s Fortafy aka Sam Ratumaitavuki and Exbozay aka Zane McMahon whilst attending Wesley College in Paerata, Auckland, New Zealand. It is here the duo first met.
Wesley offered the mischievous pair the chance to listen to rap and hip hop music. The pair began to write lyrical rhymes whilst hiding from teachers and missing classes.
Their early influences are classic hip hop artists Talib Kweli, Nas, Consequence, and to the more recent artists Jay Z and Kanye West. [read more...]
