Heffer was a melodic hardcore & skate punk band that officially formed in the summer of 1996 in Essex, England. The band was disbanded in 2005.

Chris (vocals and guitar) and Jim (drums) had been left on their own after the singer and bass player from their old (cock) rock band split up.
