Hyrgal is a french Black Metal band hailing from Bordeaux, formed in the year 2007.
Hyrgal was formed by:
Hyrgal (vocs, git)
Arkhamian (drum) and
Oorth (bass)
Later their last member joined, Kernuun (2nd. git)

The band itself describes there music as "sad, loud, epic and introspective" and mention they're influenced by bands from whole range of Black Metal, from true to pagan, such as Drudkh, Immortal, Kampfar and Primordial.

Their first Demo, a Split with Kairn, was released May 31st, 2008 and was limited to 100 copies. [read more...]
