Jupiter Express (Joop Troop) is made up of 3 members, Stealf Soulja, SwayZ, and Dizzy the Punk Rapper. Dizzy and Soulja are from south side DC. SwayZ hails from Northern VA. Before the group’s assembly, SwayZ was doing his own thing. He was really heavy on the freestyle cypher scene as well as open mics as both a solo act and part of his group, 94 Mentality.
