Kouros Shahmiri (Persian: ﻛﻮﺭﻭﺱ ﺷﺎﻫﻤﻴﺮﻯ), better known to the public as Kouros, is an Iranian singer-songwriter.
Shahmiri graduated from Berklee College of Music in Boston. He went on to join Andy Madadian to form the duo, Andy & Kouros. They were first introduced to the public by Siavash Shams, a friend of Madadian. Their first collaborative album, "Khastegary," was released in 1985.
