Catharsis was born under the name of Hot Waters in 1996 around 3 young musicians (Fabien, Philippe and Florent) discovering their respective instruments. The group gave some concerts under this shape before that Florent leaves it.

In 1998, Hot Waters changes name and becomes Catharsis, with Fabien Recordon (guitar, singing), Philippe Granier (Battery) and Hervé Kuhn (bass). Catharsis continues to become known, by shooting in the bars of the region with a set of resumption. [read more...]
