Charles Garcia, known online as LLAAPPSSEE (previously Lapse and sometimes %5BLapse%5D), is an electronic producer from Chicago specializing in ambient, fusion, glitch, and breakcore.
After starting to release music in 2008, he quickly gained notoriety on Newgrounds as his unique works were featured in many animations and games.
