Artist Info: Maarten Spruijt

Maarten Spruijt (b. 1980) studied Music Technology at the Faculty of Art, Music & Technology in Hilversum, The Netherlands. Here he received his Master degree cum laude in Composition in Context. Nowadays, Maarten Spruijt is one of the main film composers in The Netherlands, and is known as one of the leading producers and developers of the virtual orchestra.
He composed the score for the motion picture The Seven of Daran: The Battle of Pareo Rock (Lourens Blok) which was nominated for the Dutch Golden Calf award 2008 for Best Music, M. [read more...]
