Artist Info: Pamphlets

Pamphlets are a post-punk band based in Brooklyn, NY. Singer/guitarist Jeremy Marquez and bassist Ben Griffin formed the project after connecting through a network of friends. The duo bonded over a shared admiration for contemporaries such as Preoccupations, Ought, and Protomartyr, classic groups like The Fall and Joy Division, and popular local acts Gustaf, BODEGA, and B Boys. Dummer Aidan Miller joined later down the line and brought forth a heavier sound that completed the raucous trio. [read more...]
