Paul Constantinescu (1909–1963) was a Romanian composer and educationalist

Born on 30th June or July 1909 in Ploieşti, he studied music in Bucharest (1928–1933, with Alphonso Castaldi, Mihail Jora, and Dimitrie Cuclin) and in Vienna (1934–1935, with Franz Schmidt, Oscar Kahasta, and Joseph Marx).
