Pelt is a psychedelic drone / free folk band from Richmond, Virginia, United States. Founded in 1993, the group plays dense, large-scale pieces of music that radiate inner warmth, influenced by Indian raga, the American primitivism of John Fahey, minimalism, and noise music.
