Artist Info: Psychoviolets

The Psychoviolets were a garage-rock band hailing from Lawrence, Kansas, active under various names from approximately 1982 through 1995.

The Psychoviolets began as a blues-rock band under the name of The Violet Blues. Sometime in the mid-80's, they changed their name to The Ultraviolets, reflective of the evolution of their sound and the subject matter of their songs.
