RocKmer (born December 06, 1992) is a Filipino musician, singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, self recording artist, composer, and live streamer. In year 2010 he start form a Band called "Diskatura" to join on Battle of the Band in San Vicente, Baao Camarines Sur also in year 2012 in Arena Sports Bar, held at Quezon City under Energy FM management. Their original song title "Emosyonal" is Won for People's choice award.
