Sining na Naglilingkod sa Bayan (SINAGBAYAN) or Art for the People is a Filipino mass organization of nationalist artists, writers, cultural workers and activists; individuals and groups who are competent or inclined in the various disciplines of art and literature and are ready to arouse, organize and mobilize the masses towards the path of National Democracy.
