Artist Info: The Xit

Guitarist Geoff Simpson started out with North London band Dave Ellis & The Sonnets, who changed name to The XIT in 1965. Some of the band's demos from those days were, in 2003, unearthed by the Castle record label. Penned by Simpson, 'Time Will Tell On You' was on a demo tape sent to Pye Records in early 1967.
