There are multiple artists with this name:

1) Thistle has been playing rock and roll and releasing albums on their own Tiberius Records label since 1994. While "Tired Anchor" doesn’t sound like a rehashed album from 1994, it definitely draws many of the characteristics of that style in a way that brings back everything I loved about alternative.
