INTO DARKNESS were formed in Heidelberg, Germany in June 1995 by guitarists Sebastian Laengerer and Christian Popp. Their intention was to form a death metal band with a maximum of influences such as (mainly) death-, black-, thrash-, heavy metal and grindcore beyond any trends, just doing their own thing.
In march 1997, their self-produced and self-mixed debut album born out of this situation, “Misfortunal Odes In D-Minor”, was released on tape, only in small numbers (600p. [mehr anzeigen...]
