Artist Detailed Info: Blissful Misery

Blissful Misery is a rock / metal band out of Hillsborough North Carolina. The band incorporates many different styles of music into it songs.

The band was originally started in 2001 and ran full force for several years. Around 2006 or 2007 the band became dormant until 2010 when the only remaining member of the band decided to restart Blissful Misery a new as a solo project instead of killing off the band permanently. In early 2010 Michael, the last remaining member and original lead guitarist, began rewriting and tweaking songs in the bands old repertoire with plans to release songs one by one digitally.

Originally Blissful Misery released 2 EPs, Welcome To The Madness and Welcome To The Instrumental Madness, and had 5 to 7 albums in the works. Upon it's fresh restart Blissful Misery scraped all of their previous plans. However, the band retained all songs written by Michael, and added other songs he wrote for other previous projects.

Blissful Misery currently plans to release single songs as digital downloads, along with singles, EPs, and Albums once the right songs are ready to go into the collection.
