Joy Tobing (born Joy Destiny Tiurma Tobing; 20 March 1980) is an Indonesian gospel singer and the winner of the first season of Indonesian Idol in September 2004. Born in Jakarta.

Joy has participated in many singing competitions since she was 9 years old in Malaysia, China, Finland and Kazakhstan around 1989. Joy's sister, Jelita Tobing, was also a contestant on the rival Indonesian reality show Akademi Fantasi Indosiar. After she won the first season of Indonesian Idol, she released five studio album.
